Support for Etaliq products is free; there is no charge for general questions by phone or email.

We handle general support on a first come, first serve basis and at times you may have to wait on a callback or return email. We target a fast 2-hour turnaround time during normal work hours.

We also offer premium support contracts with guaranteed turnaround time for those with large deployments or a need for off-hours support.
